Everybody Out — Privacy Policy

Everybody Out is a cut-paper puzzle game published by Proliferaite LLC. It is played alone, on one device, and it works with no network connection. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no profiles and no game servers. It is free, paid for by adverts that one purchase removes. What leaves your device is the anonymous diagnostic data and the advertising data described below.

What stays on your device

Your progress — the stars you have earned on each room, the room you were playing and where you were in it, your streak on today's room, your settings (sound, vibration, reduced motion), whether you have seen the opening walkthrough, and whether you have bought "Remove Ads" — is written to your device's own app storage and nowhere else. It is not backed up to us and it is not tied to any identity. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.

What the app does not ask for

Everybody Out requests no device permissions. It does not use the microphone, the camera, location, contacts, files or your photo library. Sharing a three-star card uses your phone's own share sheet, and you choose where it goes; the app never sees the result.

What is collected automatically (diagnostics)

To find and fix crashes and to see which rooms people get stuck in, the app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics. When the app runs, Google's SDKs may collect:

• Crash logs and stack traces, including errors inside the game's own code
• Diagnostics: device model, operating system version, app version
• Play events: a room started, won or failed (and how), a hint used, an endless board rolled, a card shared, the walkthrough finished
• Anonymized identifiers (a Firebase installation ID and an analytics app-instance ID) used to count installs and de-duplicate crash reports

None of this is linked to your name, email or any account, because the app has none. This information is used solely to keep the app working and to improve the rooms, and it is processed by Google LLC on our behalf. It is encrypted in transit, retained by Google for a limited period, and then deleted. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone else.

Advertising

Everybody Out is free and shows adverts through Google AdMob: a full-screen advert on the way to the next room after every third win, and a video you can choose to watch for a second hint on a room (the first hint on every room is free). There are no banners over the board. Adverts are always muted. To serve and measure adverts, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, device and app information, coarse location derived from your IP address, and which adverts were shown and tapped. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK) the app asks for your consent before the first advert and you can change your choice later from the same prompt. AdMob's own handling of this data is described in Google's advertising policy.

Purchases

The app offers one in-app purchase, "Remove Ads", a single payment with no subscription. Buying it removes every advert and makes every hint free, permanently. The purchase is handled by Google Play (or the App Store); we receive no payment details, only confirmation that the purchase exists. Your purchase is remembered on your device and can be restored on another device from the app's Settings screen with the same store account.

Children

Everybody Out is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is no chat, no user-generated content, no social feature and no way for players to contact one another. The app is not directed at children; adverts are requested at the general content rating and are never personalised for anyone under the age of consent.

Data deletion

Everything you create in the app lives on your device: uninstalling the app deletes it. Diagnostic data held by Google expires automatically; to have it removed sooner, or for any other request or question, contact us at the address below.

We will post any changes to this policy at this URL and update the effective date above.
